• Pick one area from your list where you want to be more resolute. What’s happening in that part of your life? What challenges are you facing?

• Now, set a goal that’s clear and practical. Make sure it’s something you can realistically stick to with determination.

• Think about what you have that can help you stay resolute—whether it’s time, support from others, or a routine. How can you use these to your advantage?
